DEMONSTRATION
I. OBJECTIVES:
A. Content Standard
The learners demonstrate an understanding the use and maintenance of equipment in cookery.
B. Performance Standard
The learners independently use and maintain tools, equipment, and materials in cookery
according to standard operating procedures.
D. Specific Objectives:
At the end of the lesson 95% of the students are expected to:
1. identify the different types kitchen tools and equipment;
2. differentiate the appropriate uses of different types of kitchen tools and equipment; and
3. appreciate the importance of being aware on the kitchen tools and equipment.

A. ROUTINARY ACTIVITIES
a. Opening Prayer
Good afternoon everyone! Kindly stand let us pray Good afternoon ma’am! (Student will stand for the
first. opening prayer)
Anybody can lead the prayer? In the name of the Father, in of the Son, in of the Holy
Spirit Amen.
Praise be the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, Now and
Forever Amen.
b. Classroom Management
Before you sit down, please arrange the chairs (Students will pick up the mess under their chair and
properly and pick up the dirt under your chairs. arrange their chairs properly)
c. Greetings
Good afternoon once again class!
d. Checking of Attendance
Now let us check your attendance.
According to your seat plan, you occupy all the
seats it means you are all present today. Very Good
attendance class!
e. Recapitulation
Since this will be our first meeting for your 4 th
Quarter. We don’t have any topic to be recapitulate.
Okay class? Yes Ma’am.
f. Activity
Okay let us divide the class into two groups,
This is group 1, and this is group 2. You can form a
circle.
Let’s proceed to Group two. (Group 2 representative will now present their work)
You did great in our activity class! Let’s give (students will clap their hands)
yourselves a round of applause.
g. Analysis
So as a cookery student’s class, it is very much
important for you to be aware on the different types
of kitchen tools and equipment and know the uses
of each tools class.

Now let us discuss it further.
