Job Responsibilities
• Lead overall Occupational Health (OH) and Industrial Hygiene (IH) programs in DSLNG to ensure
all programs are implemented according to target.
• Monitor the performance of all consultants or providers (e.g., site clinic, CDC, HAS) in order to
meet DSLNG’s requirement and permits.
• Monitor and administrate medical record keeping and its confidentiality based on DSLNG’s
policies and regulations to ensure valid and complete medical record of all employees.
• Oversee the implementation of Medical Benefit Program for DSLNG employees.
• Provide monthly health medical report to QHSE Senior Manager in order to see the overall
wellness level of DSLNG employees.
• Manage health campaign initiatives in order to maintain DSLNG employee health condition.
• Provide MCU consultation to DSLNG employees to encourage employee to have better lifestyle
and wellness.
• Coach and develop subordinates in his/ her areas of responsibility in order to ensure they have
the skills & capabilities to work more effectively and efficiently within the organization.

Job Qualifications
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Occupational Health or Public Health.
• Tertiary education in Occupational Health and Safety or QHSE is an advantage.
• Minimum 15 years working experience as a medical professional with 10 years experience in a
major company in Oil & Gas industry (OH/ IH areas).

*Specific Conditions:
Contract Base (1 year for initial stage with subject to permanent).
