1. Welcome to the ticket sales portal. The first
step to purchasing your guest tickets is
Registration.

* Please ensure you are using the correct

ceremony link.

2. Enter your UMail email address into the

Email Address/Username field.

3. Enter the case-sensitive password:

Graduation

4. Click the Sign In button.

5. Step 1 requires you to enter your personal

information and contact details.

6. Enter your student details into the fields

provided. Phone and Mobile contacts must
be recorded in International format e.g. +61
412 345 678.

7. Click the Next button.

8. Step 2 is your booking information.

9. Please note each booking will attract a $5
transaction/booking fee. This will be
automatically selected on the page.

10. Select the number of Guest Ticket/s you

would like to purchase within the
maximum limit allowed.

* Graduating students do not need a

ticket.
11. Click the Next button.

12. On Step 3, review your selection and

ensure all of your information is correctly
recorded.

13. Select a Payment Option.

14. If you agree to the terms and conditions,

select the checkbox.

15. Click the Checkout button to confirm your

registration and move onto making your
payment.

16. Welcome to the Online Payment Gateway.

17. To proceed, select from the following

payment options:

1. Log in to use a stored card or

2. Pay using your card without creating an
account.

18. In this example, the payment will be made

using a card without creating an account.

19. Enter your credit card details into the

required fields.

20. Click the Pay Now button.

21. Once you have finalised payment, you will
receive an email confirmation. Please print
the confirmation and ensure your guests
have this with them on ceremony day.

22. The confirmation email contains a QR code

which is essential for guest entry and must
be presented and scanned prior to entry.
