Congratulations! We are pleased to inform you that you are shortlisted for the next stage of assessment for entry into the programme.

Annexure I

For the Personal Interview

1) Come with confidence and a smile

2) Dress code: Your choice

3) Will there be any test / essay writing to be done at the venue?: No

4) Screening start time: 8 a.m. for Forenoon session / 1 p.m. for Afternoon session.

5) Interview start time: 9 a.m. for Forenoon session / 2 p.m. for Afternoon session.

6) We trust the veracity of your declarations. All the same, for institutional purposes, we are necessarily required to follow certain processes to ensure fairness
transparency, and appreciate your understanding of the same. To help us with this, please also bring with you the following documents for scrutiny at the venue.

· Print-out of the e-Call Letter

· Original CAT/GMAT score card

· One passport size photograph

· Following original academic records:

(a) 10th /SSLC Certificate & Mark Sheet.

(b) Pre-Degree/Plus-Two/HSC/VHSC Mark Sheet & Certificate.

(c) Degree mark sheet of all years & Original Certificate.

(d) PG/Other Higher Qualification mark sheet of all years & Original Certificate.

(e) Original experience certificates of all the employment details submitted in the application form. Experience certificate for verification should ide
clearly indicate the date of joining /date of leaving/currently working, to validate the minimum experience requirement. We can also accept
official document that authentically establishes your employment record with the concerned organization(s). For instance, offer letter along with
first & recent salary slip will be considered as proof of experience.

7) If applicable, a valid certificate of proof of SC/ST/OBC Non-Creamy layer/PWD/General-EWS issued by the competent authority in Original.

8) Original photo identity proof such as Passport/Driving License/PAN Card/AADHAR.

self-assessment and your expectations from the programme. In this alternative
essay we give you the opportunity to express yourself about the “rest of your story” (w
your formal CV may not necessarily project) and present yourself as a total person.

We appreciate authenticity, creativity and the genuine uniqueness that you can bring to this personal expression. Do it in a manner that you believe best portrays you a
individual and potential leader. The structure of the statement is left to you. You could tell us about what has made you, what you wish to be or accomplish, your prou
or formative moments, personal or professional, and your interests and passion. You could tell us how all of this has prepared you to achieve the goals you have articul
in (A) above. Overlaps, if any, with what you have already stated in your online application, is fine.
