Thanks Amit

The primary recommendation under the project i-Drive was to create a Transformation
Management Office (TMO) that would kick start the digital journey. The positioning
of the TMO was crucial, and management has to decide whether to place the same as a
group in
the existing IS department or create a new department. Hence, the Strategic-IS
(SIS) department
was formed in Feb 2019 with an initial team size of 8 officers headed by an
Executive Director

The Strategic IS department's primary focus is to execute the deliverables of the

i-Drive project.
Project i-Drive aims to transform the business models, driving ~80 technology
initiatives across
divisions.

There are four critical pillars of the i-Drive project

1.Bridge technology gaps - this focuses on best-in-class off-the-shelf tools,
analytics use cases, and nextgen technologies like AR/VR, RPA, IoT.

2.Prepare for the Digital Future - this focuses on enhancing the IT backbone by
supplementing the current hardware, network, and data storage
capabilities and strengthening the Corporation's cybersecurity posture

3.Sustain Digital Momentum - focuses on institutionalizing specialized teams such

as the Digital Center of Excellence comprising specialised hubs
like the analytics hub to ensure that Indion oil continues to evolve and innovate.

4.Relentlessly Drive Change - ensures transformation at the individual level

through initiatives such as Awareness, engagement and drive involvement

Now I would request supreet to take over
