• To create web based online vehicle rental
management system.
• To manage all vehicle rented related information.
Origin of your proposal
• A vehicle rental system, available on the internet,
allows users to book an vehicle from the comfort of
their homes, from any location .using their
computer, laptop or mobile, and at any time.
• Zoom car, India's first and the largest self-drive car
rental service that allows user to book car online. The
company allows user to rent vehicles on an hourly,
daily, weekly or monthly basis & thus, avoid the need
to buy a vehicle of its own

• In the proposed system the vehicle rental are
brought to one platform will allow customers to be
more flexible they can register and search for the
vehicles basing on the location the list of vehicle
will be shown and users can book by
selecting the time slots and the admin will
confirm the booking so everything is
computerized an done very fast which will save
time.

The user needs to be registered and log in
after logging on he can search for the vehicle
by giving the location, the reason or problem.

Basing on the vehicle availability the admin
will confirm the booking request and will send
to mail that the booking is confirmed he can
also view in the status and he can also give
feedback basing the performance of the car .

Users need to be registered by giving the
necessary details like name, phone number,
email etc. After registering he need to log in and
in the home screen he can view the basic
functionalities. He can view the users request
forwarded from admin and he can accept and
he can also view the feedback given by users.

Admin needs to login with username and
password and in the admin home screen, he
can see the basic functionalities of admin.

users. He can also view the users request and
vehicle details and he will confirm the users
booking and vehicle details.

Compared to the usual queuing method, the
online vehicle rental system could significantly
increase users satisfaction with registration
and reduce total waiting time effectively.
However, further improvements are needed for
broad use of the system.

Discussion/Conclusion
• This system offer a no.of benefits to the users and can
view, delete, store and create the data. The data entered
is stored in the database.
• The core reason for establishment of online vehicle rental
system is to enable the vehicle administrator in a
convenient manner.

• You need internet access. Reliable internet
access is required to check reservations and
add bookings that are made over the phone.
Future Direction
• You can come up with additional paid on-
demand services if it fits your business model.
• You can charge a fee for urgent bookings or
last-minute consultation cancellations.
