This Agreement is between you and Crowd1 Network Limited Ltd. (“Crowd1”) and is dated as of the
date you enrolled in the C1 Store, Crowd1’s Customer Portal. By becoming a Customer with CROWD1
and enjoying the advantages of the Customer Portal, you agree to all the terms and conditions set
forth below.
CONSENT:
BY USING THIS SITE, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS CUSTOMER AGREEMENT TOGETHER WITH
THE TERMS OF USE, PRIVACY POLICY AND ALL OR ANY OTHER DOCUMENT INCORPORATED BY
CROWD1. You acknowledge that this Customer Agreement are supported by reasonable and valu-
able consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged. Without limiting
the generality of the foregoing, you acknowledge that such consideration includes your use of the
Site and receipt of data, materials and information available at or through the Site, the possibility
of our use or display of your Submissions (as defined in the Terms and Conditions located on the
site) and the possibility of the publicity and promotion from our use or display of your Submissions.
After your Enrollment of your account and your Customer Agreement have been accepted by
CROWD1, you will receive the following perks of the Customer Portal, as long as you are a Custo-
mer:
• Exclusive access to all the products and services available on the C-Store
• Customer DISCOUNT on all CROWD1 products
• Option to upgrade to become a CROWD1 Member
NOTE: All products and services may not be available in your country of residence.
4. Change of Sponsor
CROWD1 is a direct sales company that markets its products through its Third-Party Providers
(“Vendors” or “Third Party Providers”). As a Customer, you must “sign up with” an Affiliate Member
upon joining the Customer Portal. If you do not have one upon sign up, one will be assigned to you.
The transfer of a CROWD1 Customer from one Sponsor to another is not permitted except when
a mistake is made in choosing the correct Sponsor while completing the CROWD1 online regis-
tration. Errors must be reported during the first seven (7) days immediately following the date that
the Customer first joins CROWD1. Sponsor changes are not permitted after the eighth (8) day. All
Sponsor change requests must be approved not only by the Company, but also by each Sponsor
affected by the requested change. In order to request a Sponsor change, a Customer must com-
plete a Sponsor Change Request Form and email it to the Company’s Compliance Department at:
compliance@Crowd1.com.
6. Governing Law
The laws of Dubai shall govern all matters relating to or arising from this Agreement and your enroll-
ment in CROWD1’s Customer Portal.
7. Agreement Changes
CROWD1 reserves the right to change the prices of the products offered by third-party vendors in
the C-Store at any time without notice except it will not change the prices of any order for which it
has charged your credit card.
CROWD1 reserves the right to amend this Agreement in its sole and absolute discretion. By ag-
reeing to this CUSTOMER AGREEMENt, and joining CROWD1 as a Customer, you agree to abide
by the most current version of this Agreement as it is amended by CROWD1 from time to time.
“Amendments” to this Agreement shall be effective after CROWD1 publishes its revised Agreement,
but Amendments shall not apply retroactively prior to the effective date of the Amendment.
These Customer Terms Conditions will be translated into different languages. In case of any discre-
pancies between this English version and the translated versions, the English version of the Custo-
mer Terms Conditions shall prevail.
