SUBJECT: ENGLISH
• Define parts of speech and write 10 examples of each in sentences, also underline or
circle the specific part of speech.
• Revise and write 10 verbs with their forms daily. (Simple present, simple past, present
participle and past participle e.g: - (write – wrote – written – writing)
• Write a letter to your friend tell him about your annual result.
• Write a letter to newspaper editor highlighting the problem of load shedding in your area.
• Write an application to your Principal for 2 days leave due to fever and then for an
urgent piece of work.
• Write structure of present, past and future indefinite, present, past and future continuous
tenses with 5 examples each.
• Write a paragraph on the given topics comprising 100 – 150 words.

• Draw a place value chart of 10 digit numbers on chart paper and write the different
numbers in words and in figure on practice notebook.

• Work out the Area and perimeter of your computer table.
• Draw and label arms and vertices of: -

 SUBJECT: SCIENCE
Read statement carefully and give answer.
• Research on how consumption of high simple sugar fizzy drinks is related to depression.
Make a physical fitness plan with focus on balance diet and exercise. Document your
journey.
• Make a scale solar system model out of paper or in a diorama. First find out the
distances between solar system objects, then do some math to get the distances to scale
within your own model. You can use marbles for the planets, a tennis ball for the sun and
tother smaller pebbles for asteroids and comets.
• Love the nature and save the earth. Reduce needs., reuse things and recycle wastes to
save our lovely planets. Keep ocean blue, forest green, rivers and environment clean. God
has blessed us with nature to fulfill our need but not our greed. Write down your own 5 best
ideas to save the earth and environment.
• For kids healthy food activities must focus on the pleasure associated with discovering
new food. To make food fun for kids here are some activities will complete during your
summer vacation.
• Describe food like a chef:
Have fund describing food using only your eyes. Like colour, shape and
texture. This activity help you to your food preferences and name them (at
least any 5).

• Create a work of art in your plate.

Some dishes have to be put together like pizza, chips and wraps, when all the
ingredients are prepared make a work of art in your plate with ingredients at their disposal.
List out differences and similarities between them.
• Touch a mystery of food:
Put food in your mouth. Try to taste it on different places of your tongue. What are
the different taste of your food?
• Discover new food.
Visit to your nearest grocery store with parents. Choose a fruit, vegetable or other
food that you don’t know before. Make a list of that food.

SUBJECT: COMPUTER
• Create a folder on desktop with you name and save a picture of plant in it.
• Write a paragraph on my school in word processing program. Edit it by using different
tabs on ribbon. Take a print and submit
• Create a timeline of different generations of computer on a chart, paste picture and
submit.
• Make a list of different input and output devices.
