Visa Information
Upon the Arrival of the Admission letter from the
university one needs to arrange all his documents
for the Visa Interview in German Embassy.
One had already pre-booked the German
Embassy Appointment in Advance before the
arrival of the University Admission Letter.
After the Interview, the Visa processing time
takes usually 6- 8 weeks.
Initially German Embassy issue the visa for
around 3 - 6 Months and has to be extended in
GERMANY upon arrival.
Sometimes the income source document could be
asked by the German Embassy
How can I Apply
1. Submit your complete academic documents,
passport and CV, and IELTS test report and other
required documents for the application
processing.
2.. Upon successful application, receive the offer
letter followed by other processes like blocked
account opening.
3. Open up the blocked account and needs to get
the No Objection letter from the Ministry of
Education and draft letter from the Embassy.
4. Upon receiving the enrollment letters, your
visa application will be completed.
5. Visa Application submission to be made on
the date of appointment and wait for 6-8 weeks
for the decision.
6. After a positive phone call from the German
Embassy, submit the Travel Mediclaim
Insurance, and receive a visa and transfer the
remaining first-semester tuition fees to the
university account. In case of a negative
decision, please send us the scanned copy of the
refusal letter and complete the Request for
refund of the Tuition fee deposit.
7. Book a flight and inform us of the travel dates
of the student so that we can plan accommodation
and airport pick up followed by enrollment and
studies at the university.
German Language Preparation:

As for the English medium Master's Degree,

there is no compulsion for the one to take the
German Classes.

But we do recommend having some basic

Knowledge during the Processing time. So We
