whereas the Management Degree in English Taught
are Found only in Some Universities.
Public Universities in Germany has its own
requirement to get the proper admission by time.
As being the Free Education system most of the
competitor among the world made the application,
so we do need to take care of certain things to get
the admission by time.
Whereas the private university in Germany has
only few numbers of course available with Tuition
fees.

In Germany most of the Programs are offered in

Budget and Expenses for Master’s Degree
Public University
As the Public university has no tuition. Some of the
Public Universities for Master in Management
related subject are with Tuition fees but very low in
comparison to other.

A) Blocked Account
Block account of 10,500 Euro should get deposited
to as a proof of Living expenses of one year during
the visa application.
Block Account is the mainly known as the Students
proof of living till one year of time in Germany.
The amount would be around 12 Lakhs with the
difference of Nepal - Euro exchange rate
B) Miscellaneous expenses
NOC = Npr 2500,
Visa Fee of 75 Euro = Npr 9500.
C) Plane Fare
50,000 Npr - 70, 000 Npr
D) Initial Other Settlement Expenses
For payment of room rent and room deposit
upon arrival in Germany and other expenses for
your initial days till your account gets activated
(Activation of your Blocked Account usually
takes 4 weeks)
Note: Students are requested to estimate a
budget of around 18 lakhs inclusive of their first
year living expenses, first semester tuition fees
and related costs in the course of the process.
For Private Universities
In case of Private Universities all the Budget
and Expenses mentioned above should be
follow, Moreover one need to Transfer the
Tuition fee in Advance of around 1 Semester
before the visa Interview.

Before visa application and the rest of the
tuition fees for the first semester has to be paid
through bank transfer once visa is received.

Visa Information
Upon the Arrival of Admission letter from the
university one need to arrange all his documents
for the Visa Interview in German Embassy.
One had already pre booked the German
Embassy Appointment in Advance before the
arrival of University Admission Letter.
After the Interview, the Visa processing time
takes usually 6- 8 weeks.
Initially German Embassy issue the visa for
around 3 - 6 Months and has to be extended in
GERMANY upon arrival.
Sometimes the income source document could
be asked by the German Embassy
How can I Apply
1. Submit your complete academic documents,
passport and CV and IELTS test report and
other required documents for the application
processing.
2.. Upon successful application, receive the
offer letter followed by other processes like
blocked account opening.
3. Open up the blocked account and needs to get
the No Objection letter from Ministry of
Education and draft letter from the Embassy.
4. Upon receiving the enrollments letters, your
visa application will be completed.
5. Visa Application submission to be made on
the date of appointment and wait for 6-8 weeks
for the decision.
6. After positive phone call from the German
Embassy, submit the Travel Mediclaim
Insurance and receive visa and transfer the
remaining first semester tuition fees to the
university account. In case of negative decision,
please send us the scanned copy of the refusal
letter and complete the Request for refund of the
Tuition fee deposit.
7. Book a flight and inform us the travel dates of
the student so that we can plan accommodation
and airport pick up followed by enrollment and
studies at the university.
German Language Preparation: -

As for the English medium Master Degree, there

is no compulsion for the one to take the German
Classes.

But we do recommend to have some basic

Knowledge during the Processing time. So We
recommend one to take our German Language
