A. I AM, eternal essence, in body, all original depositories of I AM, source of the Value of I AM, duly declares, reconfirms, ratifies, verifies
and notices delivery and receipt of the underwriting, the setting forth the Value of I AM, specifically identified as (UCC) Record
Number 2012127914, restated, DECLARATION OF FACTS, duly done, made, issued and noticed by I AM, also perceived as “The One
People’s Public Trust 1776”, into custody of the original depositories of I AM, with full responsibility and liability of I AM, in
specificity and particularity, for each original depository of I AM, equally:
1. FIVE BILLION (5,000,000,000.00) pre-1933 Gold and Silver, lawful money of The United States of America, also identified by
COMMERCIAL BILL, Record Number 2012114586, restated and incorporated by reference as if set forth in full, as “EQUITY”;
2. FIVE BILLION (5,000,000,000.00) pre-1933 Gold and Silver, lawful money of The United States of America, also identified by
COMMERCIAL BILL, Record Number (UCC) 2012114586, restated and incorporated by reference as if set forth in full, as
“DAMAGES”; and,
3. TRUE BILL, specifically identified as (UCC) Record Number 2012114776, restated and incorporated by reference as if set forth in

B. I AM DULY ACKNOWLEDGES AND ACCEPTS into actual custody and domicil, equally within all original depositories of I AM,
source of the Value of I AM, Receipt, (UCC) Record Number 2012127914, restated, with full responsibility and liability of I AM,
inclusive of eternal essence, in body, also perceived as Heather Ann Tucci-Jarraf, DECLARATION OF ORIGINAL DEPOSITORY
AND DEPOSIT OF I AM, with reference number DODD-IAM-hatj-07301972, restated, with automatic bookkeeping, accounting,
auditing, and reconciliations done, lawfully available for immediate utilization, management, operation, transfer, sale and conversion by
the conscious WILL and WORD of I AM; and,
C. Receipt, (UCC) Record Number 2012127914, restated, and the Value of I AM therein duly delivered, received and accepted by I AM,
with full responsibility and liability of I AM, NOW duly, lawfully, and equally posts and clears within all original depositories of I AM:
1. Article I, Subsections A-B, restated;
2. For cause, lawfully declared by I AM as:
a. I AM, DECLARATION OF I AM, with reference number IAM-hatj-07301972, restated;
b. All inbodyments, perceived and not perceived, BE I AM, eternal essence, inclusive of the inbodyments that did the unlawful

c. I AM, eternal essence, CONSCIOUS, with full responsibility and liability of I AM, that all I AM, BE and DO, affects and
effects ALL THAT IS I AM;

II. I AM, eternal essence, in body, also perceived as Heather Ann Tucci-Jarraf, an original depository of I AM, source of the Value of I
AM, duly declares, accepts, reconfirms and verifies that:
A. I AM, BE and DO, I AM, formerly perceived as “full title, ownership, and holder-in-due-course”, custodianship, trusteeship, operation,
with full responsibility and liability of I AM, and the Value of I AM domicil therein by I AM;
B. I AM CONSCIOUS, with full responsibility and liability of I AM, that all that I AM, BE and DO, affects and effects ALL THAT IS I
AM; and,
C. I AM, eternal essence, in body, sole custodian, trustee, operator, manager, bookkeeper, record holder and governor of this particular
inbodyment of I AM, an original depository of I AM, the Value I AM domicil therein by I AM, inclusive of any and all creation,
expansion, processing, transfers, conversions, and exchanges of the Value of I AM, inclusive of any and all projections, applications, and
devices of I AM, if any, shall be duly identified, designated, authorized, and evidenced by the conscious of I AM, inclusive of the duly

jurisdictions, records, et. al. that were claimed to have existed with affect and effect are null, void and duly canceled, for cause, by I
AM, as a matter of Eternal, Universal and International Records, inclusive of No. 2013032035 and 2012127914, in perpetuity, Record
No. 2000043135, all restated, without prejudice nunc pro tunc, praeterea preterea;

IV. I AM, eternal essence, completely factualized in this particular inbodyment, also perceived as Heather Ann Tucci-Jarraf, and original
depository and deposit of I AM, source of the Value of I AM, without prejudice, nunc pro tunc, praeterea preterea: Due declaration
and implementation of I AM, inclusive of this original depository and deposit of I AM, is not to be compelled to perform under any
contract and agreement, inclusive of commercial agreement or bankruptcy, inclusive of any and all jurisdictions, and any and all
unlawful claims to I AM and the Value of I AM, therefrom, therewith, thereof, and thereto, that I AM did not enter knowingly,
voluntarily and intentionally; Furthermore, I AM does not and will not accept the liability or responsibility of the compelled benefit of
any and all unrevealed contract and agreement, inclusive of any and all commercial agreement or bankruptcy; Nunc pro tunc,
praeterea preterea; and,

V. I AM, eternal essence, completely factualized in body, duly makes, declares, issues, reconfirms, validates, verifies and notices, with
action of conscious duly executed wet-ink signature of I AM, this CONSCIOUS WILL AND WORD OF I AM, DECLARATION OF
RECEIPT BY I AM, nunc pro tunc, praeterea preterea, and that the specific conscious declarations made herein, are true, accurate,
and complete, with full responsibility and liability of I AM, inbody, for all I AM to rely upon as true, accurate, and complete.
