As a future teacher curriculum innovation for me means to enhance the
curriculum into a better one, a process done to provide new ideas and concepts in
order to improve the totality of curriculum. It is where all the methods, strategies,
way of human interaction and as well as level of knowledge applied will be
appropriate for the enhancement of education system. It is not just enhancing the
curriculum but also improving every teachers and students in becoming a better
individual.

2. I can ensure successful implementation of curriculum innovation by

I can ensure successful implementation of curriculum innovation by making
sure that me and my students someday cooperate well in the process of applying
this curriculum innovation, by creating a strong bond to them that could surely
serves as our common ground and applying my skills as a teacher in the delivery of
my lesson while bearing in my mind the intended goals of the curriculum.

3. The possible difficulty that I will encounter in the implementation of curriculum

innovation are the following
 Pressure to work due to loaded works
 Lack of resources as it is very important in delivery of learning to the students,
 Communicating to the learners as this will go through process on how I can get
fully the attention of my students.

4. The possible steps that I will be taking to ensure success in the implementation of
curriculum innovation are
 Figuring out the interest of the learners
 Have an in depth knowledge about each aspects of curriculum
 Develop various learning strategies to be applied in delivering my lessons.
 Good classroom management.

Curriculum innovation is significant for me as a future teacher because this
is where I will going to based my ways on giving learnings to the students; this will
be my guide on how I will deliver the changes to my students someday; this will
help to become a better version of my teaching; this will give me hint on what
procedure I will make in order to successfully address the needs of my learners and
lastly it help me in improving and flourishing my skills as an in individual facing the
modern world and as a teacher as integral part of the changes due to this
innovation in education.
