The Policy Development Handbook is so designed as to offer
practical guidance and advice in the relevant steps of the policy
making process in the Republic of Macedonia taking account of the requirements stipulated in the legal acts and the best practices applied in the EU member states and other developed democracies. The Handbook is divided into six sections which are generally linked to the distinct steps in the policy process.
