We, AVENZA PHARMACEUTICALS PVT. LTD. applied for the ground water extraction of 39.20
m3/day with the application no. 21-4/7135/GJ/IND/2021. In connection to this, we have received query
from you esteemed organization as per follows and find our satisfactorily reply for the same.

Your firm has submitted water quality
reportfrom a borewell in the name of their
industry. Therefore it is an existing welland
your firm neither mention it norgive borewell
details in application. Submit
clarification/revised applicationwith sign and
seal.
Approvalfrom Wetland Authority (In case
of project area falling 500 m within
Wetlandzone.) If area of firm lies outside
500 m of wetland Kindly submitaffidavit
for same (format attached also available on
CGWA portal).
The mentioned water quality report from a well had
very low capacity and it was not in used condition
and already closed. Hence we are applying for the
new industry with proposed structure and for that we
will require NOC for the ground water extraction. we
are already submitted revised new Gram Panchayat
Certificate and undertaking for that purpose.
we have already submitted affidavit for no any
wetland within 500 m during the application. For
your reference please find attached herewith for the
same once again.

We hope that our reply is found satisfactory to you. It is therefore requested to grant us NOC for the
ground water extraction of 39.2 m3/day.
