Stockchartanalysis

This chart has been prepared in such a way that whenever u you receive buy and long signals together
we need to buy and whenever we receive short and sell signals together we need to sell. However there
are certain parameters set which we need to follow. Both signals will come one after another or at the
same time. We will have to select the candle of second signal. For example if we received buy first and
long second then we will select the candle above the long signal to trade. For selling try to trade on
candles high and for buying try to trade on candles low. We will not trade on a single signal, we need
both signals to trade ie buy and long and sell and short. Buy and sell signals are generated from
supertrend and average true range. Long and short signals are generated from moving average. This
chart works on both mobile and computer and is applicable for all stocks, bank nifty , nifty and MCX.

The dark green line which I have pointed in yellow in the above screenshot is of supertrend and average
true range. This line will turn green in buying zone and red in selling zone.

After receiving buy and long signals candle should be green for buying. If candle is not green wait for the
next green candle to trade. Afer receiving both sell and short signals candle should be red for selling. If
candle is not red wait for next red candle. Stoploss will be previous candles low for buying and previous
candles high for selling.
Similarly the green and red clouds which I have pointed in blue arrow in the above screenshot are the
clouds of moving average. These clouds will turn green in buying zone and red in selling zone
.

The thin purple colour line of the moving average is the cross over line which I have marked in purple
arrow in the above screenshot. Whenever the crossover happens the market trend will change. If this
purple colour line is moving in upwards direction the market will go in buy and whenever this purple line
is moving in downward direction the market will go in sell. Avoid trading when this purple colour line is
flat ie not moving in upward or downward direction. This is the volatile period where we will not trade.

The three blue colour parallel lines shown in the below screenshot in numbers 1,2 and 3 are set for
targets. For example if you are making position on the middle blue colour parallel line then you can
divide the portion from the middle blue colour parallel line to the upper blue colour parallel line into 3
or 4 parts. Ie Target 1,2,3 and 4. If target 1 is achieved place a stop loss on target 1 and go for target 2 3
and vice versa. This means you have to trail the stop loss so that whatever profit you have earned in
initial stage will remain intact. You can also use the faint boxes for fixing targets ie 1 box as a target one
and vice versa.
You can also go for an early trade without receiving moving average signals but you will have to make
sure that the purple colour moving average line is moving in a upward direction for buying and moving
in a downward direction for selling and also you need to have supertrend trend signal ie buy or sell as
per the market trend. You can follow this process of an early trade only if you are ready to take a little
risk.

In Banknifty options you can keep a minimum target of 30 to 50 points and in bank nifty future a
minimum target of 50 to 100 points. Suppose if bank nifty is at 19000 strike price, you will have to use
19100, 19200 and 19300 CE strike price to trade. Similarly 18900,18800 and 18700 PE strike price to
trade. During expiry always use in the money strike price.

200 to 500 value stocks 3 to 5 points target

500 to 800 value stocks 5 to 8 points target

800 and above stocks 10 to 15 points target

For crude 10 to 15 points, for silver and gold 50 to 100 points minimum target.
