3. Project Planning
Project planning is critical in guiding stakeholders, sponsors, teams, and the project
manager through the many phases of the project. To define desired goals, mitigate risks,
prevent missed deadlines, and provide the agreed-upon product, service, or outcome,
planning is required.
4. Taking Documentation.
Effective documentation gathers all of the critical information regarding a job, project, or
team in one centralized, well-organized location (from account logins to step-by- step
instructions). Documentation promotes knowledge exchange, allowing a team to better
understand how procedures function and how projects are generally completed.
