them would be greatly affected. Since David doesn’t spend much time on his own company,
employees can take advantage of this situation and commit fraud or misuse the company’s
asset.
4. Small companies – these are companies that have taken a loan from David’s loan company,
they will also be greatly affected for the lack of leadership the company has. Small companies
rely to loan companies for the establishment of their initial capital, which the company of David
can provide. But if not managed properly, this can leave the small companies empty-handed.
