which they invest huge amounts of cost and effort for capability building and leadership
development. However, at the time of need organization falls short of ready talent pipeline

We have currently piloted the Integrated Talent management system for Auto


and Farm sector, for over 3900 employees. The system recommends successors under
various readiness categories for each position. It subsequently creates a development
charter for all these employees to prepare them for future role. Thus, ensuring a consistent
talent pipeline at all time.  

ITM leverages the digital eco system and employee records (employee data, competencies,


assessment inventories, talent categories, etc) built in system over time,  to align HR
processes( like Succession Planning, Capability Building, Workforce planning, Career
Aspirations, Talent Acquisition, Employee Development ) through a common thread of Skills
and experience using sophisticated matching algorithms which in turn enables real time
transactions, both for employee partnering and business outcomes.
