Introduction

Hello, first of all, I would like to thank you for reaching out to us, we are looking to
build a team of highly motivated team members for our holding company. We
run a large e-commerce businesses and we are looking for people to help us
expand our business.

To summarize what this job is about I can explain in some brief sentences. The job
involves reaching out to people interested in jewellery and fashion on Instagram
to see if they would like to purchase our jewellery or clothing from our brands -
BALANZI, ZEZENI or Larea London Ltd.

In the beginning, you will be paid via a 25% commission for the number of deals
you close, however, if you perform well for us we will look to progress you onto a
fixed hourly rate or a monthly salary.

We will be teaching you all the necessary steps in order to succeed. We have a
proven formula that works time after time and allows our best team members to
earn £200-400 weekly.

Once you get accepted into our team a dedicated training manager will be
assigned to you and they will help you succeed.

How Does It Work?

To avoid confusion here is an overview of the exact process we expect our

members to follow in order to close sales:

1. Use 10+ Instagram Accounts to write comments on potential customers’

posts through Instagram with a comment about a collaboration directing
them to a main page. Your main page is where you will be closing deals.
2. Go to your main page every once in a while and check for new leads. Once
a potential customer has messaged about your collaboration proposal you
use our script to close the deal.
3. Deal with any objections, build a relationship, and send out your own
discount code when your customer is ready to buy.
4. Customer purchases one of our products.
5. The sale is tracked through your own discount code.
6. Total commission is totaled up at the end of the week.
7. The team member is paid.

This is a broad overview but should help to answer any questions about the
process as a whole.

Outreach

After your 10+ Instagram Accounts have been approved by our team, you will be
able to start outreach.

Outreach is how you’re going to directing leads to your main page. This involves
reaching out to people that are interested in either fashion or jewellery and
commenting on their post about a potential collaboration with a redirect back to
your main page.

The goal of outreach is to direct traffic to a main page. The main page is where
you will be directing your leads to. The main page is usually a 1-10K follower
Instagram Account where you will close your deals.

We will be providing you with copy-paste messages to send to customers, teach

you how to reach out to them, and how to get them to purchase. The 1-10K
Instagram Account will be provided once you get hired.

To keep it simple, we won’t be going into this too much, however, we will be
teaching you everything with our training materials once you’ve signed up for our
team.

Payout Process

You will be provided with your own discount codes to send to customers to use
while doing outreach. These codes will track whoever purchases and
automatically record it in our system.

At the end of the week, your commission will be totaled and it will automatically
pay this out to your Gcash or your preferred payment method.

These codes are ONLY available to members who have passed our qualifying
questions and have been accepted into our team.

Dedicated Manager & Training Materials

The PDF that you’re currently reading is an introduction to the job while we will
be teaching how to perform the job in-depth once you get hired.

Each member receives a dedicated manager who will help succeed. The manager
will monitor your Account/s to ensure you performing well and pinpoint mistakes
and weaknesses in your approach. They will also schedule training calls and do
everything in their for you to get results.

There is also training materials and resources available to all our members and we
constantly update them to make your members efficient.

For this reason, this job requires NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE. We believe in giving
everyone a fair chance. As long as you request help, you will succeed.

The Slack Team

As our team member, you’re also required to join our Slack Team after getting
accepted into our team. You will receive more information about the Slack Team
once you get hired.

The Slack Team is a community for all of our members to help each other and it’s
a great place to get answers to any questions you may have. All questions are
welcome.

There will be admins and moderators within the group. Admins are usually
people that work full-time for our businesses.

Success Stories

One of our team members Florence (or Flong as we call her) consistently makes
above £200+ a week and all the way up to £400+.

Flong started out slow and was only making £50 a week but as she kept on
progressing that number today is way higher!

Jingky (or Destinee as we call her) is another gem! She is at the time of writing

FAQs

“When can I begin work?”

We will need you to fill out an Application Form. The Form will include some
qualifying questions. Once we’ve looked through your answers we will send you
our decision to your email.

We are strict with our applications so please make sure you answer all questions
to the best of your ability.

“Should I use my own Instagram account?”

No! We recommend you follow the guideline above on creating a new Instagram
account, this will help you close a lot more deals and make your profile much
more trustworthy.

“What is a commission?”

A commission is a percentage of the sale. Our commission is 25%, which means if

you close a deal for £80 then you will receive £20 at the end of the week, this may
seem like a small amount but let’s say you close 10 deals, then you will receive
£200, it all depends on how much work you put in.

“How will I get paid?”

We do payouts via Payoneer, PayPal, Bank Transfers, gCash.

“I’m done! What now?”

Congrats on making it this far! Once you’ve filled out your Application then all
there’s left to do is sit back and relax until we email you or send you a message via
Facebook.

“How long is this project for?”

It’s up to you. Most people work for us for a 6-12 month period, however, some
people have stayed up 2 years and moved up the ranks from freelancers to
managers.

“How long will I have to work a day?”

It’s totally up to you but the average is 6-10 hours a day. If you do work more you
will also close more deals. It’s all a numbers game and you will reach the benefits
if you put in the time.

However, we do have people that have day jobs that use this as a quick way to
make some money without too many hours per day, what’s great is you can do
this pretty much anywhere.

Our top members of Team BALANZI spends up to 8-10 hours.

“How do you know how much I have made?

When first joining the the Slack Team, you will be provided with a discount code
that will automatically track how many people buy using your code, at the end of
each week this will be totaled up and then sent out automatically to you.

You will also get access to your own Dashboard so you can get an overview of all
your commissions.

“How does the discount code work?”

When closing a deal you will send the customer a custom code to our store and if
they purchase using it will automatically record it in our system!

“How do I get my own code?”

Codes are only available if you have been approved by our team.

“Are payouts weekly or monthly?”

We do payouts weekly! This was something we discussed with our team

members and the majority said they would prefer weekly over monthly, it also
helps with motivation.

“I told my friend about my new job. Can he/she join as well?”

Of course, we are always looking for new, motivated people to join. You can
provide them with the PDF (make sure they answer the questions).

“Do you need to have a laptop or phone to start?”

As you will be sending messages through Instagram it is advised to use a phone,

however, you can use it to send messages from your desktop. It is much
easier/simple to send directly from your phone though.

“Do I have to pay a fee to get started?”

Absolutely not, this is a job! It’s not an MLM or some opportunity of a lifetime. At
BALANZI we pay you, not the other way around.
