1. Will the course be useful in your daily life? Explain.

Yes, I do believe that this course will be a big of help to my daily life. In finance
or in business, risk management is the process of making and carrying out decisions in
order to mitigate possible risks. Just like in our lives, we face many and different risks
every day in terms of our health, finances, relationships, etc. Specially now that we are
facing a pandemic, it is crucial to be able to come up with efficient and effective
decisions and actions on how to combat problems and troubles that may arise.

2. How will it affect your career in the future as a professional?

As a future business owner, having knowledge on how to manage risks is


essential. When it comes to risks management in my business, it’s not just about saving
my assets, properties or protecting the company image or from being bankrupt. It is also
about protecting my employees from harm. Learning this course will make me
confident to handle risks that will come along the way as risk management allows
business owners to prepare beforehand for the unexpected, harmful events. Having an
understanding and established actions on managing risks can help my company to save
money, protect assets and people and reach its goals.

3. In what ways will Risk Management be of help upon your personal growth?

Like in every company or organizations, risk management is just as vital when it


comes to our personal growth. If risk management in business means developing
strategies to avoid losing money when unexpected events occur, well personally, it
helps us to mitigate risks to avoid threats and uncertainties. It helps to know ourselves
more and stay competitive. It enables us to know to what extent we can do when it
comes to working out with our problems. Risks are not always negative if we take it
positively. Embracing it and jumping into risks may help us to overcome our fear of
failure. Through this, it will help to shape ourselves. Most importantly, we learn from
risks and those lessons may lead us to a new and maybe better path. While we cannot
plan everything that will happen to us, it is best to be prepared and be mindful of every
situation.
