Re: Scholarship offered to study PCL in Midwifery/ General Medicine/ Medical Lab
Technology/ Diagnostic Radiography/ Physiotherapy and Diploma in Pharmacy.

It is our pleasure to share information with you that Bharati Health Science Academy (BHSA) is
offering Three years PCL in Midwifery/ General Medicine/ Medical Lab Technology/ Diagnostic
Radiography/ Physiotherapy/ Diploma in Pharmacy programs in affiliation with Council for
Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) Sano thimi, Bhaktapur, Nepal.

You are fully aware that Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) is
the national autonomous apex body of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET)
sector committed for the production of technical and skillful human resources required to the
nation. It mainly involves in policy formulation, quality control, preparation of competency based
curriculum, developing skill standards of various occupations and testing the skills of the people,
conduct various research studies and training needs assessment.

As part of our corporate social responsibility and to strengthen mutual cooperation with the local
government/district we would like to offer following scholarships to the students who are
permanent resident of xyz municipality/district for the admission in this academic year only.
a. 100% scholarship for 1(one) girl student to study three years PCL in Midwifery/ General
Medicine/ Medical Lab Technology/ Diagnostic Radiography/ Physiotherapy/ Diploma in
Pharmacy programs offered by Bharati Health Science Academy (BHSA) in each program who
are permanent resident of xyz municipality/district and secure highest marks in entrance
examination who have submitted entrance exam form as per the requirements of CTEVT at Bharati
Health Science Academy (BHSA) along with your recommendation for the scholarship and passed
the entrance examinations.
b.
The terms and conditions of the scholarship are as follows:
a. The scholarship shall be provided to the student having permanent resident in xyz
municipality/district and submitted the entrance examination form as per the requirement of
CTEVT along with your recommendation only.
b. The student who has awarded with the scholarship must pass all the Yearly examination
regularly to be conducted by the CTEVT in order to continue the scholarship for next Year.
c. The registration fees, exam fees and other fees payable to CTEVT on account of the students
must be paid.
d. The student has to deposit refundable security deposit of Rs. 15,000.00 at the time of admission,
which will be refunded upon completion of course.
e. The students who failed in the Yearly examination must pay the remaining Year & Tuition fess
of the college as per the rule of the college to continue the study or may have option to discontinue
the study and no further scholarship will be given to those students.
f. The students, awarded with any other scholarships either from council for Technical Education
and Vocational training (CTEVT) or other institutions/ organizations are not eligible to study under
this scholarship program and the students under this scholarship program are not entitled for any
other scholarship scheme offered by the college.
We would like to request you to circulate the scholarship facility offered by Bharati Health Science
Academy (BHSA) to the interested student to study three years PCL in Midwifery/ General
Medicine/ Medical Lab Technology/ Diagnostic Radiography/ Physiotherapy/ Diploma in
Pharmacy having permanent resident in xyz municipality/district and encourage them for technical
education which is need of the time and to submit entrance examination form into our college
along with your recommendation, the entrance examination forms submitted without your
recommendation will not be considered for scholarships.
We would like inform you that the last date for the submission of the forms for entrance
examination is Ashwin 15 th 2077.
