Bag filters are also commonly called fabric dust collectors that are used in large industrial units for separating dust particles
from dusty gases. These types of bag filters can achieve efficiency level of almost 99% for collection of very fine particulates.
Dust laden gases enter the structure of bag house and passed through fabric bag that acts as a filter. Bag filters are the most
efficient and cost effective type of industrial dust collectors. Bags used in bag filters are made using different kind of fabrics
like cotton, synthetic or glass fibre material. The shape of the bag is either like a tube or an envelope.

BACKWARD CURVED HIGH PRESSURE FANS
Fan & Blower is a high
efficiency backward curved industrial fan designed
for handling relatively clean air in high pressure
applications. Typical applications include combustion
air, product cooling, moisture blow-off, forced draft
on fluid bed boilers, and induced draft after bag-house
process blowers.
Because the TEEO features a wider impeller and
housing, producing a high volume of air at a lower
velocity, the need for an expansion evasé is eliminated.
TEEO fans are available with a variety of construction
options and accessories, offering the versatility and
flexibility required in today's industrial applications.
Heavy-gauge, reinforced, continuously welded housings
provide strength and durability for extended
service life — a necessity in all commercial and
industrial installations.
Outlet flanges for duct-connection as well as rigidity
are standard. Inlet collars for slip-joint connection
and lifting lugs are also standard. All housings are
reinforced with rigid bracing to increase structural
integrity. The support angles are intermittently welded
and caulked between welds to prevent bleed-through
corrosion. Precisely positioned cutoff plates and
aerodynamically spun inlet cones provide high efficiency
and smooth airflow through the fan.
 Pneumatic Slide Gate

TEEO pneumatic slide gates are used in a wide variety of bulk material handling applications. They can be used on the bottom of screw
conveyors at intermediate discharge locations to divert product to another location, below silos to stop the flow of product to
downstream equipment or even as emergency shut-off gates to stop material surges.
TEEO’s pneumatic slide gates use a pneumatic or air operated cylinder to actuate the slide plate open and closed. Typically, plant air
pressure (approximately 80 psi) is all that is required to power this multi-use slide gate. The slide plate is guided by bronze-bushed rollers
on the bottom slide plate retainers on the top. The rollers require no grease and are adjustable in order to provide years of
maintenance free service. Replacement parts are low cost and stock items at TEEO and available for overnight delivery.
All Welded Construction – Slide gate frames are designed and constructed as one weldment to provide maximum rigidity for heavy
industrial applications.
