Whereas, the Borrower, a business man and in the business of supply of goods has
approached the Lender for Loan to facilitate his supply business.

Whereas, the Lender, after much discussion with the Borrower has agreed to lend him

Pursuant to the above understanding, the Lender hereby lends to the Borrower the sum
