AGREED FEES
6. The employer shall pay to the provider the sum of Thirty Thousand Naira
only (N30, 000) per guard monthly, a total of One Hundred and twenty Thousand Naira
Only (N120, 000) per month for the four (4) guards.
The provider shall submit its payment invoice on or about the 20th day of every month or
the next working day thereafter and the employer shall make payments to the provider on
or before 27th of the same month. Except in December that payment is done on or before
15th.
7. NOTICES
3. (A). All notices/correspondences to be given to the employer in pursuant to this
Contract shall be addressed

new address, notice of which must have been previously given by the employer). And all
such notices shall be in writing and/or e-mail.
(B). All notices to be given to the provider in pursuant to this agreement shall be
addressed to The Managing
Director, ……………………………………………………………………….t Rivers
State (or to any new address, notice of which should had been previously given by the
provider). And all such notices shall be in writing and/or e-mail.
TERMINATION
9. The parties herein are entitled to terminate this agreement at a point any of the
party feels unsatisfied with the services or condition after giving a one month written
notice of intent to terminate. The exercise of the right of termination by either party shall
not entitle the other party to claim for damages solely on the basis of the termination, but
shall be entitled to any outstanding benefits/ entitlements.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
10. The parties herein agree to submit any dispute arising from this agreement to
alternative conflict resolution technique first before going to court or any other means.
11. INDEMNITY: The provider shall indemnify the employer in the event of any loss
or damage as a result of negligence/ reckless act of its Guard(s) in the performance of
their duties, after due investigation from the Nigerian Police/NSCDC (Police/NSCDC
invitation and cost of investigation to be and borne by The Provider). However, the
provider shall not indemnify the employer if the loss or damage is as a result of the
carelessness of the employer
