- Doctor’s fees include fees for anaesthetist (where applicable), operating surgeon and ward round. 醫生費包括麻醉科醫生費（如適用）、施手術的外科醫生費及巡房費。
- Hospital charges include accommodation, operation and associated materials, nursing procedures, investigation and examination fees, medication, meals and beverage, sundries, etc.
醫院費包括住院、手術及相關物料、護理程序、化驗及檢查費、藥物、膳食及飲料，以及雜項等。
- Data for a surgical operation by different techniques will be presented separately as shown above (e.g. laparoscopic/open).
