HOSPITAL PROCEDURAL CHARGES

We are committed to share the information about our

individual procedural charges for various cardiac healthcare
services provided at our Institute.

During the time of admission, the Patient Coordinators will

inform and coordinate regarding the Scheme available and the
payment aspect for the required procedure. Also we will explain the
Patient Attendant’s about the treatment expenses and also
regarding the billing details at the time of discharge.

Under Insurance category, there will be some co-payments to

be borne by the Patient for the services not covered under
Insurance scheme, which will be intimated in advance to the
Patient Attendants. Further for any more clarification or
information, the Concerned Insurance Coordinators will guide.

The final billing will be done on the day of discharge. If patient

stays more than a week, the billing will be done daily and will be
intimated to the Attendants about the payment. The final bill will
clearly state the services provided to the patient along with the
details of procedure undergone. It also depicts the actual
expenditure and the payment made to the hospital.

However, if any poor or needy patient needs financial

assistance, can approach the higher authorities viz., Director /
Medical Superintendent / Chief Administrative Officer or Financial
Advisor for concession / discount in the hospital bill.

Financial Counseling

The Concerned Unit Doctors will issue estimation for the required
Procedure / Surgery.

The Ward Coordinators will guide the patients regarding the

availability of various schemes towards their treatment. They will also
coordinate in clearing the discharge files based on their financial
affordability.

If Patients stays in Deluxe Ward or Special Ward, additional charges will

be levied towards Room Rent.

Deluxe Ward Charges : Rs. 3,000 per day

Semi Deluxe Ward Charges : Rs. 1,750 per day
Special Ward Charges : Rs. 2,000 per day
Semi Special Ward Charges : Rs. 1,200 per day

 Any additional consumables used are charged extra (IABP, Stent, Device,
Valve, Ring, Graft, Bioglue, Haemofilter, Homograft) etc.
 Additional investigation charges will be charged extra depending on
period of stay and procedures.
 CGHS / ESIC / Boards /Corporations and other Beneficiaries will be
charged as per the CGHS Notification.
 Wherever the procedure rates are not listed in the CGHS website, SJICR
Category rates shall be applicable.

MASTER HEALTH CHECKUP will be done at New OPD at Rs

3,000/-

The Institute shall have sole discretionary powers to modify

the tariff without notice.
