• You may apply for the late renewal of your vocational licence if it has expired more than 6 months but less than 3 years
ago.
• This form may take you about 5 minutes to complete. Payment of $25 (non-refundable fee) is payable by NETS /
Flash Pay / Cash Card over counter
• Prior to your visit to LTA, please book an appointment online at www.LTA-eappointment.sg/#/
• We will send you a letter informing you on the outcome of this application.
• Upon approval of this application, you may need to meet additional requirements, e.g. a medical examination
and/or refresher course, before you can proceed to renew your licence. You will be advised of these
requirements when your application is approved.
• A non-refundable renewal fee of $40 is payable for the renewal of the vocational licence for a 3-year validity period.
