Role: Sr Scrum Master

Responsibilities:
 Acted as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, performing all normal Scrum
Master duties including facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, release
planning, retrospective meetings, and providing leadership and coaching to the team in
support of the Agile development process
 Develop and maintain a solid partnership with key project and business stakeholders and
work collaboratively towards a common goal.
 Participate in the organization and planning of the development schedule based on

 Represent the team in Scrum of Scrums by proactively communicating the team’s
activities, areas of integration and overlap across multiple teams, and removing
organizational blockers. Facilitate Scrum of Scrums as needed.
 Lead a collaborative and constructive Sprint Retrospective, ensure that the team’s voice
is heard and valued, and that Retrospective learning’s are documented, acted upon as
needed, applied to the next iteration and shared across multiple Scrum teams.
 Facilitate an effective Sprint Review, ensure that attainment of Sprint Goals are clearly
communicated to stakeholders, empower and reward the team to demonstrate completed
user stories and working product increments, solicit feedback from stakeholders on
working product increments and incorporate them to the product’s next iteration.
 Develop and track metrics. Exercise judgment when to act upon negative trends and
escalate to Senior Leadership as needed.
 Taking Ownership of Scrum Team Commitment each sprint, drive team to effectively
estimate and deliver consistently. Create and Maintain Readouts and Communications on
Development Progress and Impediments for the Scrum Team, Project Management,
Product Owners and Management.
 Facilitate valuable Retrospective meetings at the end of each sprint ensure the highest
priority retrospective action items are owned and completed within the identified
timeframe.
