communication with them.

personnel’s directly or virtually.
 Experience in handling active bench candidates of various work authorization such as H1B’s and
EAD’s.
 Experience in finding requirements according to the Bench consultants skills and their criteria.
 Experience in sourcing requirements from different USA based job portals such as: Dice,
TechFetch, Monster, Careerbuilder, Indeed etc. and career portals of Tier1 vendors.
 Experience in sourcing requirements from social accounts such as LinkedIn, Hangouts groups
and WhatsApp groups.
 Building and maintaining email database of Recruiters.
 Good understanding of MSA, PO, NCA, NDA and NSA.
 Excellent Rate negotiation sills. Strive to get the best rate from Recruiters.
 Experience in following up and keeping Candidates, Recruiters and management in loop during
submission, getting status updates, interview schedules, job confirmation, paperwork, reporting
details and till joining.
 Constantly staying in touch with candidates after their on-boarding to new projects.
 Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
