WOOD SHELL
 wood shell works in 3 method on wood:
preventive, preservation, and curative.
 PRECAUTION : Do not handle wood shell with
bare hands , do not inhale and hand gloves
should be used.
 COMPOSITION : Carbolic acid, naphthalene and
hydrocarbon, petro derivatives.
 FEATURES: For better & faster results use wood
shell before painting , polishing or lamination.
 To stop powder falling problem in plywood, inject
wood shell into pin holes in plywood/wood.
 1 Lt covers about 150sq.ft/14sq.m area.
 DIRECTIONS TO USE : Clean the surface and then
apply wood shell with brush spray or swab. Apply
a second coat if necessary. Wait for 8 hrs. and
there after paint laminate or polish.

SMARTCARE CRACK SEAL
 Asian paints smartcard crack seal is a fiber glass reinforced ready to use
crack filling compound for interior and exterior surface.
 DIRECTIONS FOR USE :ensure that the surface is free from oil dust, grease and
oil particles etc.
 Widen the crake to form a ‘V’ groove and prime the surface.
 For interior cracks use Asian paints deco prime water based primer and for
exterior crack Asian paints exterior wall primer.
 Apply the layer of Asian paints smart care crack seal exceeding 3cms from
each side of the crack. Press the paste firmly into the crack with a spatula or
putty knife and level with the surface. These must5 be applied in consecutive
perpendicular layer to avoid leaving air pockets.
 Allow it to set for 12 hrs. before Applying the second coat.
 Further finishing the pop or putty can be taken up once the coat is fully dry.
 PRECAUTIONS : Do not apply for of more t5han 3mm thickness.
 Do not apply for temp below 5 degree Celsius or on wet surface.

 DIRECTIONS ;- surface must be clean & dry .cut nozzle to desired
size. Insert cartridge into caulking gun. Push the sealant for
uniform bead size, tool after 5 min. clean off excess sealant with
solvent. Curing time is affected by the thickness of the sealant
applied, temp and relative humidity. We have to apply this
product before painting and staining of substrate.
