REMARKS: Increase in White Blood Cells

INTEREPRETATION: White Blood Cell is at 12.39 levels, which means WBC is above the normal

range of 5.0-10.0^9/L, this is an indication of Infection.

SERELOGY

Test METHOD RESSULT CUT-OFF VALUE INTERPRETATION

HBsAg CMLIA 0.18 S/CO<1.00 NONREACTIVE

NONINTERACTIVE
> = 1.00
REACTIVE
Serologic Test CMLIA 0.04 S/CO<1.00 NONREACTIVE
Syphilis NONINTERACTIVE
> = 1.00
REACTIVE

REMARKS: NORMAL

INTERPRETATION: Both HbsAg test and Serologic Test Syphilis are within the normal range of

0.18 and 0.04, thus the result is Nonreactive.

REMARKS: Using the urinalysis, in the chemical examination it shows the presence of ketone, Ascorbic

acid, calcium and protein in the urine through chemical examination. Also, in the use of microscopic

examination Red Blood Cells and Squamous Epithelial Cells are present in the urine.

INTERPRETATION: The Urine Protein is elevated thus it indicating possibility of the presence of

preeclampsia.

Having the presence of Red Blood Cells indicating hematuria and Squamous Epithelial Cells can

indicate infection on the urinary tract or known as Urinary Tract Infection (UTI).
