LEAD GENERATION

It's mostly about getting an enquiry or form filling or register for something or just an email capture or most of
the time it's form filling.
The fields within the form depends on your end goal. Mostly it will be name and an email address.

LANDING PAGE + THANK YOU PAGE
Landing page >> Vertical form or horizontal form integrated inside the page.
Couple of steps involved which are:
 Awareness : Once people knows you go to second step.
 Bring him to your landing page.
 Capture mechanism or lead generation process. EXPLAIN HTA module here.
 Lead nurturing.
 Final conversion.
First 3 steps are marketing steps. And last 2 steps are for sales department work.

2 types of landing pages

Short landing pages


You just have a headline (lead magnet) + sub title along with some information (Hook) +
Call to Action (CTA)

Long landing page


Long form pages are getting traffic from SEO, Google Ad words, Social Media only desktop
traffic, Email.

So if you are bringing traffic from these kind of sources then long form would convert the
best.
Short form pages are getting traffic from Pop up traffic.

 Introduction
 Headlines
 Sub heading
 Offering
 1st CTA (form integrated)
 Objections & answers for the same which users
might have
 Displaying a trust element: : Highlight some FAQs,
your customer service, 30 days money back
guarantee, testimonials, your featured video on
forbes or TV and try to increase the trust.
 Have some bonuses added to the VALUE you are
providing on this page. So highlight your bonuses for
FREE.

Short form
 Never show the direct sign up form in
short form directly
 Avoid links on short form just as the #7
inside the image above. So don’t have
navigation bars. Avoid distracting your
visitors from your short landing page.
 E.g.: HTA 500k leads.
 It should just be a view port. No scrolling.
No distractions.

A/B Testing

We have 2 types of landing page for the same TP


and we do analysis and monitor the results using
Analytics or other paid tools like CPV lab, Click
meter, Prosper202 etc.
Whichever LP performs the best, you optimize
more on that and then send more traffic to that
LP.

platforms like OptimizePress, LeadPages,
ClickFunnels, Instapage (free) etc.

Lead Nurturing

So now once someone fills in an information on your LP, then you need to send them an
AUTORESPONDER email.

We do in person meetings or Skype meetings or email follow ups. Then it goes to Final
conversion. We get some Feedback.

Most Important part is AUTORESPONDER which will tell them how beautifully you have
designed their journey for the rest.

This is pretty basic when it comes to lead nurturing which is mostly done by your sales team.
