-salary

being a fresher, i need a platform to improve my skills and knowledge.As money is

basic need for any one to survive,I except a considerable salary as per company
norms & my work.

5 year after

after 5 year,i would like to see myself as a top performing employee.My long term
goal involve growing with a company where i can continue to learn.I beleive in
present,so if do well in present,definately my future will be better.

Criticism is like a soap whenever you use it, it wash out your all body dust and
make you much clean & brighter. So criticism depends on your attitude, how you
takes it. Either you can take it positively and makes your errors correct or just

My main motivation is my failure and success in each step of my life. Failure

teaches me what not to do and success teaches me how to do much better way to
achieve anything. By success I mean to say small steps to archive towards my goal

'm here for learn something, and I'm fully prepare to give my 100%. If I really

Ones there was an accident nearby my house.A child was greatly injured and in
hospital,doctors required a blood
bottle whose blood group is rarely available.So i and my friends find people from
facebook who were from our city and have same blood group.So we have saved that
child's life.

ones during a vacation,there was a blood donation camp in our city.I wanted to take
part but my friends not.So i have encouraged all of them by showing advantages of
blood donation that how we can save ones life.Then i with my 10 friends paricipated
for that.

opinion

there may be two situations thai firstly if any opinion i like then i will directly
confront it.Secondly if i dont like,i will try to solve problem my self upto
possible level.

Every moment has some lesson for everyone.During recent years,i have learned many
more good things which help me in my goal path.

compromise

uptil now,i dont have faced such situation.But i think that if such situation
arise,then i have be flexible or adjustable according to it with positive attitude.

team was unable

while working on our microcontroller based function generator project,after several

trails we are unable to find two to three major errors which main objections in
completion of our project.So my friend gave up to try and become ready to loose
marks of project.But i dont want the same so i have make my friends ready to work
on project by disributing work and by trail and error method.So we have
successfully completed our project at the end.

My strengths as mentioned above defines my personality.

In life one must balance these two things to be successful.I think that these
