    Hypotheses of the study

    Null and Alternative hypotheses is tested in the study.

    Ho= The demographic profile of the students has no significant relationship with

    the student’s parental influences, peer pressure and personal curiosity. The null

    hypothesis was rejected at 0.68.

    Hi= The demographic profile of the students has a significant relationship with

    the student’s parental influences, peer pressure and personal curiosity.

    Ho= The demographic profile of the students has no significant relationship to

    the student’s discipline, dealing with adversities and academic performance.

    Hi= Therefore, The demographic profile of the students has a significant

    relationship to the student’s discipline, dealing with adversities and academic

    performance.
