I. BACKGROUND
Violence on woman has been attention to nearly all countries because the case happen not only in developing countries but
also in developed countries. The violence case on woman in Indonesia rises from year to year. Various of this violence causes

II. CASE
A 34 year old female patient came to forensic installation of Bhayangkara Hospital of Makassar. Based on examination re-
sult that she received three contusions on her left upper arm , one contusion was on her right lower arm, and three contu-
sions right lower limb.

Diagnosis based on Multiple Cause of Damage (MCOD) :

Damage : Contusion (ICD-10 : T14.8)
A1 : Vessel malfunction beneath the skin tissue (ICD-10 : T14.8)
A2 : Injuries due to blunt surface contact (ICD-10 : T14.90)

IV. CONCLUSION
The reason for those contusions was the internal bleeding beneath the skin tissue caused of vessel malfunction because of
touch of skin with blunt trauma. There was tendency to react physically and Psychically because of violence of woman, such
us depression, Post traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, thoughts of suicide, self - injury, insomnia, sore, Respiratory disorders,
musculoskeletal disorder, cardiovascular disorder, diabetes, gastrointestinal disorder. If violence is getting worse and more
frequent, the symptoms are getting worse. A lot of reasons why the woman is the relation of violence, including fear, lack of
access to the law, norms and culture, and etc. The support to stop the violence will decrease the physically and psychically im-
pacts.
