owned by Aditi Biswas, B.Tech in Civil engineering and a student of 4th Semester of MBA
under North Bengal University.

1.5 Market: DHB will be looking into the total area of Jalpaiguri. DHB will provide its
service to general clients (owners) who are planning for new construction, also to those
looking to remodel, as well as developers, contractors and government agencies in the
domestic and international markets.
1.6 Financial Requirements: To start or run DHB, initially the ground floor of
the owner (Aditi Biswas) house will be transformed into a small office with two rooms. A
room of (3m×6m) which will be our initial office. And the other room will be of (3m×4m) a
room for product servicing. A total amount of Rs70000 will be invested to make the proper
architecture of the rooms. After completion of the office initial furniture and machineries will
be installed. For furniture an amount of 250000 will be used and for the other machineries a
total amount of 160000 will be spend. So looking after all the investments a total amount of
600000 will be invested from the total amount 400000 will be invested from personal funds
and an amount of 200000 unsecured loan will be taken. To fulfill our main concern to have
insufficient fund in hand to meet our payment obligations and to be prepared for unexpected
needs of cash. We also expect to be profitable after the second year of operations, with profit
increasing over the next three years, as we establish and increase our customer base.
1.7 Repayment of loans: Within a time period of 5 years the loan will be paid.
