All the Heads of the Institutes are here by instructed to ensure that, the COVID-19 related vaccination drive for all UG and PG Students be taken up and to be completed by 8" July 2021. Vaccination for Final year, First year UG and PG Students shall be taken up on first priority basis, This Vaccination drive shall be conducted as per the guidelines mentioned in Ref.(3) Govt, Letter (Copy enclosed). ‘The students, who cannot attend the vaccination drives arranged by the colleges, should get themselves vaccinated at their respective places and intimate the institute. In this regard, the Institutes are hereby directed to assign this responsibility to the concerned Head of the Departments as well as an identified faculty coordinator of each class, This is also applicable for all the PG Departments of VTU and the Chairpersons need to act as mentioned above. Further, on the basis of completion of the above vaccination drive, it is proposed to schedule the offline classes followed by semester end examinations in the 4" week of July for 8" semester and also remaining examinations of 1* semester B.E/B.Arch/B. Plan and 1" Semester PG. Examinations of Even Semesters for UG and PG programmes will be conducted after physical interventions in a staggered manner.
