KEEP GOING

Only you know how bumpy your life ride has been up to this moment of your life. You alone are aware
of the many ups and downs that you have to experience as you go along, living your life is as strong and
in as brave possible way as you can. Kudos! Tap your own shoulder and affirm yourself because you
have done well.

And the journey continues. You still have difficulties. You still face hardships. You are still being bothered
by your concerns. You still wake up on your fears. You still find yourself confused and doubtful. You still
do not see clearly the path where all of these things will lead you. It is frightening, we know, but keep
doing well.

Your heart desires for people to stay but you have to understand that everyone is feeling the very same
feeling that you are feeling. How you wish people can stay with you to encourage you but they too are
needing the same encouragements that you need. How good will it be if life is a bit easier but hey, you
can surely do well.

You will feel sad and alone. You will feel left behind and abandoned. You will be hurt and be in pain. You
will be scratching your own scars and remain wounding. You wll be brought back to better days only to
feel bad with longings that they can still happen again. You will be tried and you can always choose to
try very well.

You have done well and you have to give that to yourself. Count the number of good things you have
done. Remember the many hardships that you were able to surpass with flying colors. Recall the many
difficulties that you have turned into opportunities to better yourself. And you know that you can still do
better and well.

Keep going for you are almost there. Better days are coming and you will surely be there to see the sun
shine the brightest in your life. Face life. Fight if you must. Be strong and persevere. Life is not as bad as
others think of it. You always have the choice on how you are to live your life. And strong as you are, you
will surely do well.
