Scope of Services:

Three Times Free Assistance

Free Towing – 2 Incidents during the policy period.
Towing assistance for battery failure/breakdown; towing for critical mechanical breakdown
(Free towing for first 40 km on garage-to-garage basis).
In case of an accident, vehicle will be towed to the nearest dealer provided police formalities are completed.

Free Repair On Spot - 1 incident during policy period.

Flat Tyre Assistance: during 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.(Post 6pm service will be provided based on availability-Else
customer can opt for towing services)

First hand assistance of technical problems over phone.

In the event of vehicle being stuck in ditch, pit or valley, coordination will be done with external agencies wherever
possible. Any consequential damage and actual cost to be borne by customer.

Key Services: To avail key assistance, the customer has to prove his ownership of the vehicle by showing
appropriate documents.

Cab Service: Cab coordination will be done, charges to be borne by the customer at actuals.

Validity: Membership is valid for one year duration (OR) utilization of three assistances by the customer whichever
comes early.

Okinawa RSA is valid on All India basis. Service before 5:00 pm in disturbed areas; No coverage in islands, Hilly
terrains can be excluded from SLA.
