Sizing
To determine which size to use, measure the circumference of your head just above the eyebrows. If
the length is greater than 20 in. (51 cm), use the adult size. If the length is less, use the child size.
If the mask doesn’t fit after building, try cutting or lengthening the slit up the back.
Materials
Paper: We suggest 110 lb card stock (175 gsm) or 65 lb card stock (145 gsm)
Tape/Glue: Many kinds work. We recommend Tacky Glue or Packing Tape
Additional: Printer, Craft knife (X-Acto), Cutting surface, Ruler or straight-edge, Scissors (optional)
Instructions
Cut the solid lines:
Mountain-fold the dashed lines:
Valley-fold the dot-dashed lines:
Match the numbers, then glue or tape the tabs so that the tabs and printed portion are on the inside of
the project. The pieces are ordered to make this a straightforward process.
Tips
You may want to lightly score the fold lines with a craft knife before folding. It keeps the lines
straighter and makes them easier to fold. Advanced builders may want to score the reverse side of
valley-folded lines for easier movement.
For fastest building:

Use a craft-knife for all your cutting. It tends to be faster than scissors.
Don’t cut out the tabs on each piece and use tape to attach them together (you may need to use
tabs and glue for some, smaller pieces such as teeth)
Paint your Bear however you like to make it your own personalized creation!
