Working Title: Teacher’s Motivation and Passion through Work Commitment: A Phenomenological Study

Statement of the Problem

This study is aimed to explore the lived experiences of teachers regarding their passion and motivation through

work commitment in education.

Specifically, the following inferential questions are laid down as:

1. How will you describe your work commitment in relation to your motivation and passion as a

teacher?

2. What are the challenges that you faced in maintaining and sustaining that passion to your

commitment especially during this time of pandemic?

3. What framework can be proposed to help teachers improve their motivation and passion in their

commitment to education?
