 - Responsible for guiding decisions making, preparing, analyzing and reporting to the directors,
accurate financial statements (Standalone and consolidated) as below described:

2.      Statement of Financial position (Balance Sheets);
3.      Budget and Projection Statement and Variance Analysis for budgets VS actuals;

to improve performance;
- Work with independent auditors and prepare audited Financial Statements for the group; 
- Provide monthly Payroll services and manage employment contracts is in order according to the
applicable requirements ;
