something else. So you and your doctor decide to try TRINTELLIX.
And you’re feeling this overall symptom relief.* Keep it coming.

Patient portrayals.

MDD, a type of depression, is multiple symptoms that can hold you back, like sadness, loss of interest, low energy, difficulty
concentrating or indecisiveness, and trouble with sleep.
*TRINTELLIX may help provide overall relief from MDD in adults. Overall score of symptom reduction was measured on a
standardized depression rating scale in clinical trials. Individual results may vary.
In short-term studies, based on a standardized depression rating scale, the therapeutic effect of TRINTELLIX was generally
seen starting at week 2, with the full effect generally not seen until week 4 or later.
TRINTELLIX had no significant impact on weight in clinical trials. Some reports of weight gain have been received
since product approval.

She makes the trip out to

Elliott, was born, she brought him right along.
“He was only 3 months or so, and we have this

Today, Zainab’s daughter, Emma, comes apple

love for family traditions are part of why Zainab bakes
this cozy apple cake after apple picking each fall.
Zainab wasn’t always able to take the flavors of fall
and translate them into a delicate dessert any hostess
would be proud to serve. In fact, she was already in
grad school for neuroscience when she realized she
didn’t have a clue how to bake.
“I noticed in college everyone had this nostalgic
feeling—‘Oh, I miss my grandmother’s dish,’ or ‘My
mom used to make that,’” she says. Most of the recipes
people longed for were baked goods. Even her husband
reminisced about his grandmother’s chocolate chip
cookies and tender apple cake. She set a goal to learn
how to bake and write her own recipes that she could
one day pass down to her children and grandchildren.
And she did just that. Not only did she finish her continued to bake and turned her hobby into a blog,

WHY I COOK

Erin Gleeson Woodside, CA

After a cross-country move from New York to California, the
now-bestselling cookbook author went from photographing
lavish dishes in the city to simple recipes in the woods—an
artistic pivot inspired by her new home, a charming cabin
in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Nearly a decade and four
cookbooks later, The Forest Feast series is as fresh as ever.
