CHATBOT CHALLENGE

Description
In a tough situation for example Covid-19 Pandemic, people would like to be aware
of the viral outbreak, vaccination drive, safety measures and other vital information
that would help the citizens to act responsibly and gain an awareness of the
problem. Similarly, for any other issue faced by the people, an awareness about the
same can prove to be crucial in taking necessary action or think of innovative
solutions to solve the problem. If wrong or fake information is spread among one
another, the situation can get chaotic and out of control. Hence, it is pivotal for
people to get the right information and awareness. In this challenge, you are going
to contribute towards solving this problem for the society.

About the challenge:

1. Problem scoping: Identify a serious problem faced in your

city/locality/surroundings/friends/family/relatives.

2. Research and create a set of questions and answers (minimum 30 and maximum
50) that are related to the problem identified that any user would ask to get
information about the problem.

3. Build a chatbot without coding on the data collected! Explore tools such as
chatfuel (www.chatfuel.com), flowxo (https://flowxo.com/), google dialogflow
(https://dialogflow.cloud.google.com/) to create your own awareness chatbot.

4. The chatbot should include a response to an unknown question.

5. Activate the chatbot for people use the bot, get answers to their queries and gain
an awareness about the problem.

Tip: Add cool features to the chatbot such as a greeting message, a message to end
the conversation, images in the responses, animation to make the conversation
interesting and so on.

Submission Details: 1. Record a 60-second video showing your chatbot: How it

works, what are the responses to the questions asked by the user and what does
the chatbot reply if an unknown question is asked by the user.
2. Activate the chatbot for submission (chatbot link)
