Our line of Kynetx cleaners provides a wide variety for your industrial needs. Whether you need
to clean your shop floors or your most intricate components, we have a product for you. Our
Kynetx cleaner products include biodegradable, aluminum safe, heavy duty for your toughest
applications, organic solvents, as well as fuel injection nozzle cleaner.

10 CORROSION INHIBITORS
The Kynetx line of corrosion inhibitors offers multiple application options for corrosion inhibitors.
The line includes a general purpose corrosion inhibitor for general indoor storage needs as well
as a vapor-phase corrosion inhibitor for corrosion inhibition in closed systems, including any fuel
tank applications.

11 SPECIALTY LUBRICANTS
Kynetx offers several specialty lubricants meant to aid in assembly/re-assembly as well as in-service
lubrication of parts and components. Additionally, the line includes a fuel injector pop-test
lubricant meant for bench testing of fuel injectors. These products are great options for heavy
duty repair/remanufacture shops.

12 FASTENER PRODUCTS
Our line of Kynetx fastener products includes solid lubricant thread anti-seizes as well as multiple
threadlockers. The line includes heavy duty, high temperature, and extreme pressure anti-seize
product as well as a general purpose anti-seize product. The line also includes a medium and a
high strength anaerobic threadlocker.

14 SEALANTS AND ADHESIVES

The Kynetx line offers sealants and gasket material for use in joint sealing. Additionally, the
Kynetx line offers a contact cement well-suited for joining like and unlike materials.

15 A/C SYSTEMS FLUIDS

Kynetx offers several options for your A/C system needs. As part of the offering, Kynetx offers the
A/C Flushing Solvent, which is compatible with old mineral oil systems as well as new lubricant
technologies. Additionally, the Kynetx line offers two polyalkylene glycol (PAG) refrigerants for
use in R134a A/C systems.

RUST PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
PREVENTATIVE OIL Rust Preventative Oil is an oil dispersed, non-staining rust preventative designed to deposit
a light oily film which provides indoor protection on sheet steel and other ferrous parts.

characteristics while preventing the formation of black stains when parts are stored in

Rust Preventative Oil is used as received and may be applied by brush, dip, or spray applica-
tion at room temperature. Normally a single tank is adequate for dipping operations. How-
ever, if parts are extremely wet or dirty and where carryover is great, a two-tank system will
produce the best results. Where water displacement is of primary importance, the dip tank
should be equipped with a bottom drain for removing accumulated water. A false-bottom
tank is desirable to prevent parts from being dipped through rust preventative into water
layer below.
Aged films of Rust Preventative Oil are easily removed with alkaline cleaners, vapor degreasing,
or wiping with mineral spirits.

VCI-F OIL PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

8434A00000-KN5019 VCI-F Oil is a vapor phase corrosion inhibitor and flushing fluid, which can be used to protect
5 gal. (18.93 L) Pail internal tanks from corrosion, flush tanks to disperse debris and offer protection for the
external surfaces of parts. It contains less than 15 ppm sulfur and is compatible with fuel,
lubricating and hydraulic oils. VCI-F Oil contains a special low pour point synthetic ester
MARKETS SERVED: contact inhibitor blend, which will not varnish, harden or react with cleaner residues left in
systems. The volatile corrosion inhibitor blend will protect the head space in “closed systems”
such as: engines, transmissions, hydraulic tanks and cylinders, gear housings, fuel tanks and
steel drums. The duration of the vapor phase protection provided depends on how well the
tank is sealed. Protection for several years can be achieved if the tank is hermetically sealed
or bagged with LDPE (>0.125mm thick) plastic and sealed. For incompletely sealed systems
periodic endoscope inspection and possible re-application may be required.

CAMSHAFT AND PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

FOLLOWER Camshaft and Follower Lubricant is designed to be used as a lubricant to apply to potential

before adequate lubrication is supplied. It provides three times greater film strength than

is an excellent rust inhibitor, allowing the storage of parts for many months. A thin film of
protection is all that is required on mating parts. Camshaft and Follower Lubricant will mix
MARKETS SERVED: with motor oil and can be used on all lubricated parts such as followers, pistons, bearings,
and bolt threads. Use only a small amount on bearing and piston surfaces – too much can
make it difficult to turn over the engine. Camshaft and Follower Lubricant is an excellent
corrosion inhibitor and can be used on machined surfaces to provide long-term corrosion
protection. Do not use on exhaust bolts or other high temperature bolts which require an
anti-seize. This product is also an excellent polishing oil for camshafts or crankshafts.
