In response to government’s call to continue learning amidst pandemic, CCDI NAGA is one of many
schools adapting to the new normal of learning delivery as part of the new educational system as we are
still facing national health emergency crisis. As one of the school’s efforts to ensure good and quality
education, this FREE CELLPHONE, as an aid for supplementary learning, is hereby provided solely for
learning purposes only. As one of the lucky recipients, this is to inform you of the following terms and
conditions:

 The item is in good condition both its internal and external features. Any repair or maintenance
for the malfunction of the said item is not covered by the school.
 The item is mainly for learning-related purposes only. Avoid downloading unnecessary
applications if possible.
 The item is intended for the exclusive use of the recipient only. Any prohibited act like selling the
product, making it as collateral, and the like, is highly discouraged.
 The recipient is expected to give his/her utmost care to the item. The school is not anymore liable
for any product replacement in case of product loss or any damage happened due to negligence.
 In case the recipient failed to finish Senior High School education, he/she is required to return the
item.
