FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

Question: Revisit WFP based on the input of learnings, how will you improve your WFP
considering the situation and needs of your school? What were your considerations in
adjusting the WFP related to 3Ss of Leadership?

To improve our school’s WFP, I will allot more on procurement of supplies that would sustain
the implementation of our chosen modality as well as PPEs to make sure that my fellow
teachers are safe while they are in school.

These are my considerations in adjusting WFP:

As a Steward, I should ensure that resources are distributed and properly allocated in an
appropriate and systematic manner.

As a Shepherd, I should make it to a point that I am meeting and communicating with the
needs of my teachers, students, and the school.

As a Servant, I should put first the advantage of my teachers and students, and not for benefit
of oneself, and as a school head we should adhere with the notion; “Serve, not to be served”.
