Closes at 10PM GMT (1AM EAT)

All sessions last for 9 hours.

NB: It is always good to trade the market when 2 or more markets are open at the same time.
This is because volatility is always more when two or more sessions are open. More volatility
means more money. As a forex trader, one wouldn’t be advised to trade a quiet market, because
there wouldn’t be fluctuations and it’s those movements that make money.
Example:
1. At 12AM GMT (3AM EAT) both Sydney and Tokyo session would be open together and
it would have more volatility than someone trading at 9PM GMT because the market
would be quiet.
2. At 8AM GMT (11AM EAT) London and Frankfurt sessions would be open and even
Tokyo would be open briefly, so you would notice that volatility would increase in such
times.
