• Permanent Residence Permit application form

• Visa application form
• Two passport photos of each applicant.
• Birth certificate (all applicants)
• Medical report and radiological reports
• Police clearance certificate ( from country of origin plus local)
• Marriage certificate (If married/ divorce letter)
• Death certificate of late spouse (All widows and widowers)
• Highest educational and training certificates
• Detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV)
• Work reference/ letter from employer
• Proof of financial resources
