1. What are the key concepts we will address in this course/grade level?

- The ideas and understanding that the learner’s remain in their mind after the course,

2. What are the key skills we will address in this course/grade level?

- To be prepared in every activity, be positive, be happy, be productive, be respectful


and be participative.

3. What are the priority standards for this course? How will we ensure that these standards are
Emphasized throughout the year?

- To be knowledgeable more about the course, to ensure the standard are emphasized
throughout the year , the connection should be always present by reminding the
learners on their assignment , motivate and evaluate their performances

4. Have teachers and administrators unpacked the standards?

- Yes , course is much more unpacking standards, or meeting one a week as a content –
alike team,

5. What are the soft skills that students need in order to be successful in our course/grade level
And at the next level? How will we teach soft skills?

-Student need to learn how to listen, follow instruction, ask question and know how to
communicate, to teach soft skills the teacher should have an activity where the student
can used their sense of listening, to follow instruction etc. a activity also that catch the
attention of the student to cooperate the activity .

6. If I had a son or daughter enrolled in this school district, would I be satisfied with the written
curriculum? Taught Curriculum

- Yes, as long as the curriculum is not stagnant its keep on developing for quality
education

7. How will we implement the 4 Cs (Critical Thinking, Collaboration, Communication, and


Creativity) in curriculum, instruction, and assessment(s)? .

- First know the topic, discuss it with the team, ask different opinion, do some research,
make a plan and organize the final plan and think a activity that can relate to the
student life to catch their attention.

8. Will we use technology to support teaching and learning? How? What are the goals?
- To this modern word we need to adopt the change by using the technology, is only
one way to catch the attention of the learner. But with also a proper guidance by the
teacher, the teacher can do the research first then send the link to the learners. the
Goal is to not to be stagnant in learning .

9. What is the ratio of compliance vs. contribution in my classroom/school?

- For me to look after the student is better to comply a small volume of student inside
the classroom to contribute the important key of learning’s. No one left behind

10. Are there opportunities for student-led lessons or is every lesson dictated by the
district’s curriculum and teacher-led?

- I don’t have concrete idea about this but student- led lesson can really help
the student boost their confidence while teacher is there to guide the student.

11. Are there multiple options for personalized learning throughout the lesson/unit?

- Yes, especially in this modern generation student have much greater access
to information than past generation. Personalized learning should fit their
needs , strengths, passions and interest

Deepen student understanding? Assessed Curriculum

-Yes, accountable talk or student led lesson discussion empowers students to draw up
Arguments based on evidence. Students learn to respect the views of their peers while
strengthening their communication skills.

- By asking the student a question, asked the student what is his understanding
about the lesson.

- Yes, assignment given to students designed to assess their ability to apply standard-driven
knowledge and skills to real-world challenges.

- Help the student identify their strengths and weaknesses and target areas that
need work.

16. How do we teach for transfer?

- By asking the student some question or getting the interest of the student that
can retrieve their ideas or information and apply it to new learning.

- Yes, it can be a one on one teaching or a remedial.

And soft skills that our staff has identified as important?

- Yes, the goal of knowing the key concepts, skills and soft skills to support the
student in there learning journey.

19. When will our grade level/team meet to discuss teaching and learning?

- Don’t have idea about this but for me every new topic so that the teacher can
get some ideas of other co teacher. There’s a saying two heads is better than
one

20. Do we analyze college and career readiness indicators? What is my role in supporting
college and career readiness?

- Yes, while im in high school student are trained to go to college, and now we
have k12 program to help the student to be ready in college life. my role is to
motivate and inspire the student to never give up and chase their dream

21. Do teachers have the opportunity to provide ongoing feedback regarding the school
District’s curriculum?

- Its actually depend on the top management if they allow the teacher to have
some feedback but for me it’s a good idea to let the teacher have there’s feedback in
order to have a great curriculum for the student .
